In the past 10-plus years I’ve been making protein smoothies I’ve experimented with different ingredients and flavor profiles. Up until a few months ago I pretty much stuck to the following concoction: vegan protein powder unsweetened almond milk leafy greens and fruit. But I noticed that I usually got hungry again around 10:30 or 11 in the morning. And since I normally don’t eat lunch until about 2 p.m. (I find eating a later lunch breaks up my day better) I would need to snack on nuts or something else to keep me going.
